Is this a website or blog

I'm new to website building and need some help to figure out if this site is a website or blog. The site has many aspects that would work well with what I'm trying to build. How do you determine what a site was designed in?

A good way to check if a website is built on wordpress is to wack /wp-admin on the end of the url. If it goes to a login page its running on wordpress. Not infallible, but works quite often.

In your case ecoki.com/wp-admin/ takes us to a login page, so it's running on wordpress

I am not sure why everyone has to confirm. This was answered in the first couple of reply and legitimate one. This is not even a poll. If there is no different answer to the question then why to post which is already answered. Post-padding / Signature promo?

If you are using Firefox as a browser. Just right click on the homepage and then click View Page info. If it is a CMS then the generator field will reveal it, in this case "WordPress 2.9.2".

 

If it is a blog, you should see a RSS feed in your browser.
