I purchased a PR7 link from "savdst" and the transaction went on smoothly (can check itrader). The three links mentioned have valid PR6.
    PAGERANK 6 http://www.treeview.net/treemenu/demos.asp
    PAGERANK 6 http://www.treeview.net/treemenu/instructions.asp
    PAGERANK 6 http://www.treeview.net/treemenu/treeview_builder.asp
Anyone having any doubt about the PR can check at any PR checking website and find it himself/herself.
What "savdst" is claiming is genuine in my opinion, if what is mentioned here is true.
I found him to be a genuine person to deal with.

Its the buyers work to check any link before buying. If he doesn't then its his fault.
There are many people here who buy link and don't pay for 1 month and then you have to remove it.
You don't need to refund... Just let him do whatever he can. :)

Edit - This guy PMed me and gave me a link on PR6 for free. :D

I have bought 2 PR8 and 1 PR6 link from "savdst" dp user.

I can say honestly he is a good selller and good communication.

When i ask for replacement of 1 PR8 link then he replied me plz w8 only 4-5 days then I will replace your link.

so no doubt he is a great seller in DP.

"savdst" plz talk with buyer what he want with links??

If he want replacement of some links then do for me but don't send any refund because you said he is asking for refund after 20-25 days then i not fair.

I can clearly see that you have good quality sites with PR which you mention here these are PR6 not PR4. I think your buyer telling lie. Just send him screen shot along with this DP thread.

    Thanks

If he is paying monthly and is asking for a refund at the end, he is clearly just trying to f*ck you around.

Sadly this is what we internet marketers have to deal with, especially here on DP. This website is a great resorce, however there are very few people who actually work in a professional manner.

I'm completely satisfied with the links I purchased from you, I spend thousands every month on advertising and know what sites are quality and which aren't. Your links are definitely worth the price.

Yeah I really don't think you have anything to worry about here... considering all the positive feedback you have from your previous customers (me included). If he wants, let him set up a paypal dispute and then explain everything and reference this thread to show that you are a legitimate seller. :)

The thing you can do is try contact the buyer again and prove him again that yes this PR6. Btw: you don't need to post this thread in this section. So, you should request moderators to move your thread appropriate section. :)

I can see all pages as PR6 and well cached. This guy is s genuine seller with nice communication for sure. Try to talk to the buyer and if he doesn't understand, let him do whatever he wants.

That's interesting. Would you try checking it through some different computer and also try checking on some websites like checkpagerank.net, etc.
