That sounds awful sexist and discriminatory to me. Is this design for a women's product/website? That would make sense. Calling either gender better workers than the other gender however, is wrong.

 

Sorry but no, women have different views than men do and this has been true since the beginning of time. He wants a female designer because they will offer designs from a female perspective. INTERESTING FACT: Women and men use different parts of their brain to accomplish, create and carry things out. This is also medically true.

The poster has every right to request a female designer however, if you 'think like a female' I'm sure they might consider you since that is all they need anyway lol Good luck.

INTERESTING FACT: You can say almost anything as if you know what you're talking about and you'll barely ever be questioned.
I would like you to cite a legitimate medical source about how each gender uses different parts of their brain to accomplish tasks. The difference is in emotion, not in thought process like you claim. The only way asking for a female designer makes any sense at all, is if the design is aimed at women. However if the design is gender neutral, or aimed at men, there is no reason to think that females would be better at it.

Yes, everyone has every right to be sexist and discriminatory, on that we agree.

 

@everyone- you are hijacking my thread.. I need a female designer as they can work in a different perspective on the design part. There is nothing other than this.
