    Yahoo and Bing don't have webmaster tools to my knowledge. However, Bing and Yahoo look for sitemap.xml whenever they index sites. So just make sure you have sitemaps on all your domains and the search engines will deal with the rest. However, if you're wanting to "urge" Google to index your website at a faster rate than create three websites via to Google's webmaster's panel and submit each of their individual sitemaps locations.
