I read a article on a site. It says that 'Do Not Purchase Links' , because of google policies . tell me, I purchase Links are not This site statement
now Google introduce new algorithm called bigdaddy, which gives all information about your links. And google does not recommended to purchase the link. you can read more about this here http://www.seoresearchlabs.com/blog/2006/06/seo-whats-up-big-daddy.html
Everyone from India always sound aggressive: "TELL ME!". It's better to say "please advise" or "should I purchase links?"
I believe Google uses some tools to detect paid links so I think it's still better to not buy paid links
true...they ban you to hell...I mean it ...used to purchase links and lost 5 sites from page rank 7 to page rank 0 in 3 months. Idiotic I know...learned the hard way, If you want to purchase advert purchase the natural kind. The guys advertising my sites get me live links manually posted. A few /day. After 4 years i can say that they helped me earn a small fortune and proved me that like in perfume...powerful aromas come in small bottles. Better few efficient links than a 100 automatic package that Google would blast beyond kingdom come.
thanks for the article. so i guess its just all about google' trust and linking on untrusted site whether paid or not can affect dramatically,
"Don't buy links" is wrong answer because "should I buy links" is wrong question! You should ask "should I buy links from sites that offer 100 backlinks from Pr5+ sites for 100 bucks?" - no of course not! Probably these sites sit on same IP. I never saw trustworthy PR5 site selling links in bulk. Another correct question might sound like "Should I buy blogpost articles with contextual links embedded in the text?" - well, this depends on linking blog. If each and every post in this blog is written about some other topic with links inside, then you shouldn't buy links from there! It's very easy to tell that this kind of blog was built just to sell links to people hungry for backlinks. But, if you have, let's say online store that sells dresses, you can and YOU SHOULD buy links from fashion blogs. Just make sure you don't buy it from fashion blog that drenches with links to other site in every article. It's win-win situation because 1- these links will bring you authority in eyes of SE, 2- people might buy something from your store by following these links.
Agree with VIC12 - authority sites makes sense. And you will probably see top ranked competitors there.
If that's true, tell me. What's to become of all the true and legit Directories that you HAVE to pay to become a member of?
I never understood why people pay for a thing which is free and of best quality. It is better to hire some one for article writing for site in comparison of paying link.
There is a belief that if you purchase links, then Google may penalize the site. Google it seems does not encourage the purchasing of links.
