    Most actually get annual subscriptions. For Phone Home users, they tend to want to see the pictures of the people using their computer (even if it's not stolen). For the Sphinx users, they want updates.

    I think Dp market place sucks literally...No point in doing business here. By the time you are through with the review copies your thread is buried in the stack of all the old threads.

    No point saying but I loved DP a year back. I hardly come here now. No scope of business here.

    just my 2 cents... how about giving Premium users 1 bump per week and counting the unused bumps ? for example if 3 weeks pass without me using my bumps, my balance would be 3 bumps that i can use anytime i want, that would give me more flexibility... and last but not least, bump time needs to be lowered from one week to 3 days. or we need to have the possibility to buy bumps..

    I think the bumping rule should be lowered. I understand that DP is trying to sell premium memberships but I think it should be 15 days. So many new B/S/T threads are put up daily that topics get buried pretty quickly. Anyone that posts in the Link Sales section would agree with me because usually after 2-3 days your topic is on page 4 or page 5.

    The only way people could ever be happy with the bump timeframe is if your timeframe is less than all other users. You could make it every 1 day, but a thread in a very popular category would still be on page 4 quickly because you then have more people bumping.

    Digitalpoint, that's why i said allow paid bumps from our DP advertising funds balance, you are free to set the price per bump, nobody will bump a worthless thread with real cash, it will also allow people to play with different ideas to find what is successful and what is not...
