    Hello everyone. Do you think Google genius voice search is going to be a type in traffic killer?
    Do they give preference to key-words or sponsored sites? Is it based strictly on geo targeting?
    Will be interesting to see what happens when they get the apps built for more languages,

    Sounds too gimmicky for now. Typing will remain easier even when voice access is accessible. I mean mobiles have voice calls for a year now and theoretically saying "Jack" is a lot easier than typing 234 444 4449 but put this into practice and people still use the old ways.

    the voice tool is for lets say you have a mobile and need to search a location on the gps then just say the location and it will find it

    Yes its still fairly new and being refined. Think it will take some type in traffic though. Us humans can be lazy. What can be easier than voice search? Say something and its found on the net. Best be on best terms with the outfit than runs that software. Your web site could really end up in the "dark" when it comes to being found with voice search.
