If you guys were so smart, you'd see that this was a discussion about butterfly marketing, thus the reason why I posted. Whew! Some people!
Actually Frank - most of them DO have coaching programs and help people make money on line every day. But most don't advertise this fact. Do you know why? Because what happens is they get many people who think that because they are paying for a coach that the coach should do the work FOR them. They are expecting instant results and are NOT willing to put in the effort required. This is a fact. But what I find interesting is when people who really don't know what they are talking about go on to trash "guru's" and their products without ever so much as TRYING any of the product. Where does YOUR expertise come in? Let me give you an example of one of these products and the results I have had personally . . . It's been about 10 months or so since the launch of Butterfly Marketing (to be referred to as BM from here on). Since launch here's what my results have been: My first BM site - about 30 days after launch of BM - with just 2 JV partners I saw over $10,000 in sales and 3,000 subscribers in the first month. Since then, on autopilot (meaning I have NOT promoted this site anywhere) I am now over 7,000 subscribers and have seen over $20,000 in sales (NOT including the promotions I have sent to my list after the fact). My second BM site - About $5,000 in sales and 1500 subscribers. NO promotion at all except to the members of site #1. THEY got the word out for me. My third BM site - I simply converted a site I sell a script on. What I did was offer a One Time Offer after the sale for the resale rights to this script of mine. The OTO converts at about 78%. My fourth BM site I launched on September 12th. Since then, over $20,000 in sales and 6,500 new members. Not even a month. ============= These high ticket products all have great value. But you need to do a few things . . . 1- Treat it as an investment in your business (you DO treat your business as a business, right?). Having this mindset is half the battle. 2- WORK the products. Let me say that another way: WORK THE PRODUCTS. 3- Have faith enough in yourself to try something new and NOT listen to nay-sayers that have ZERO experience with the products. Let's face it - we are all on MARKETERS lists. We will get offers. To say how tired you are of all the offers is laughable. If the emails were for YOUR products, you'd be a real happy camper, wouldn't you? If you REALLY are that bothered by these emails, then you should do those marketers a favor and unsubscribe from their lists. You're not getting value and they don't make money from you. So what's the point? As marketers, we do this to make money. Accept that and you'll be much happier. Now, the comment about there being nothing new - just different metaphors . . . you are absolutely correct! There is NOTHING new in marketing. What you have a re new PEOPLE to marketing. If using certain metaphors gets your message out and touches people then all the more power to you. That's what you're supposed to do. And as for the gentleman going by ButterflyMarketing101? I happen to know him. Since his post in May, he's made MUCH more than $141. He's launched several successful BM sites. I just wanted to give you all a different point of view - one from the SUCCESS seats - not the jealous seats. This stuff works when YOU decide to stop thinking everything is a scam. Have faith. Trust SOMEone. You must be willing to do the work. Peace and prosperity to you all.
Sure. I currently have several sites using it. One is a site that gives away IM products, One I sell a PHP script, one I am building about parenting, one that sells Dog "How To" guides... Butterfly Marketing is simply a tool and some tactics to market pretty much anything. It's not for everyone. It's not cheap. But it can also be a HUGE help. I had a site up and ready to take orders, track affiliates, offer one time only upsell and one or two promo tools all inside of a few hours. Overall - works for me
