How can I increase earnings?

Increasing your earnings is not possible if you depend on one niche.The best way is to start working with multiple niche but there are also people who make with single niche which require lot of time and developments to hit the competition.Google adsense is good way to monetize your site,if you add some affiliate products that give additional revenue for same hard work.

 

Do you have any good ideas that I could implement into my website?

 

Then explain why one of my sites - same niche, almost no new content so not 'lots of time and developments' - has increased its earnings from $30 a month to around $250 a month in the last year.

 

Make the color of adsense background unique so that it looks more clearly

 

Needs to advertisement in Adword & Facebook for your targeted client
Than you see your earning will improve.

Adsense earning depends upon many factors.
No of visitors of your website
No. of Ads placed
Placement of Ads etc

 

Adjust ad placement, size, colors, etc.

 

You will need a great amount of traffic to your site. Once you get the traffic your page rank will increase and each click that you create will increase your earnings. From what I have been told the best page rank for earnings is about 1-2.

 

I found a large jump in earnings when one of my sites moved from 3 to 4, so I'd be more inclined to say 4 and up.

 

Right. You have to edit every description of your games. Copying the description of the game from other site may not work well and will not help much in your keyword ranking.

You need unique content. This means making all your descriptions unique, and making them spelt correctly and include some good keywords which Google Adsense can pick up to display more relevant adverts on your website. Do this, and you'll see your earnings gradually start to increase.

I kept hearing this when I first started my social networking site but largely ignored placement and design of Adsense ads because
I just didn't think it could make much difference.

However, I have made quite a bit of consistent improvements in my CTR just by playing with colors and placement of ads.

Getting traffic and increasing your overall clicks is quite another matter, but definitely don't underestimate experimenting with

then you will increase your site SERP means more traffics coming to your site.....
the you will make more $$$ with adsense....
keep experimenting with the ads placement on your site....
