    twitter dont provide dofollow links it provides the nofollow links only ... but still it helps to generate the traffic if you have much follower...

    Did you know Twitter used to have do-follow links for user profile (bio section) in the beginning phase (in 2008)?

    Twitter soon changed the Bio link to a nofollow link after David Naylor pointed out that you could embed a link in the “Bio” field that would flow PageRank.

    you can't make twits dofollow.Only site owner can change it. nofollow is used for traffic purpose.
