To let the cash amount build up so high was wrong on both sides..

But mostly By CPAlead.. It's a bad show..and I'm sure they know it...

If his site did break TOS it should have been removed long before such a big lump of cash built up.. As the way it stands now over 50% of readers at this thread will have it in
the back of their minds that you just did not want to pay this guy.. and in fact you are bending this poor guy over...

Yeha it's funny that the account terminations always seem to come after a payment request - it's a dodgy world when it comes to affiliate programs - a real mine field. No idea if leadbolt are any more honest, but I'm gonna check them out.
Oh and the attitude of the customer service guy is appalling - if he worked for me he would be sacked by now. People like that shouldn't be allowed anywhere near real customers.

Any of you wonder why he had LOTS of traffic and then he had no traffic?

Why would that happen? Think about it.

They are definitely more honest compared to CPAlead and I'm planning on completely switching gateways over once a few more features become enhanced.

I was never taking sides, and things look bad from both sides... Yes i did spot the traffic thing...

But it is CPAlead that should have fixed this a long time before it got to this, and now that the guy is owed so much,, How can we not but think, his site/sites built up this money, how can they let this money be earned.
(maybe his sites where ok) and it is only when he asks for his money,, This happens...

Also you very seldom, if ever, see the likes of ADBrite/BlackLabel or JuicyAds and others,, being rounded on, in threads like the one above..

i just read from another forum where an affiliate was banned when he was to withdraw his earnings, around $2,000 and they never paid him. He tried corresponding with the management via email follow ups but they told him his payment is forfeited. If they can just do that to any affiliate, then o my, what a dangerous network to sign up with.

If CPAlead continues to ban publishers due to false allegations then surely their network take a huge hit as they would not be a trusted company to deal with.

Nowadays, there is so much negativity about CPALead. It is good that everyone is coming together to share there opinion about CPALead.

I have been reading a lot about CPALead banning affiliate accounts, i am not sure why you guys promote their offers, they offer lowest payouts in the industry.

forgetting about the situation, I am baffled on how you don't have a bank account but somehow can make $12,000.....the 13yr old kid with the paper route down the street has a bank account.

why you guys using cpalead untill get revoked your all earnings . they have lowest payout . i always suggest take a review over affiliatepaying.com . use BLAMADS or LEADBOLT . leadbolt is awesome in my view . they are best in to industry and better than any other company .

    their smart feature -

"you will never terminated without warning " So if you are violating their any TOS then you will get a warning 1st and no hold on payment . If you get another warning you would not terminated until their final investigation but your payment would be on hold .

I hope this is best feature in Affiliate industry .

The only thing i agree with from op is how john b talks to publishers. I have had the unfortunate situation when cpalead did that massive sweep to speak with him. He talks to you as if your a maggot. I had to choose my words wisely because his attitude and demeanor was atrocious. I gotta say cpalead makes me a pretty penny but john b of security puts a rotten taste in my mouth and im shocked this unprofessional person is affiliated with cpalead. He probably has more stake with the company or is personal friends with the owners by some means.
