imo, viral marketing is more a form of a luck you would need 'awesome' content that make people want to tell their friends about; whether its a creative video, an offer you just can't reject, super adorable picture, etc ..
Ok, many funny or fake videos have more than a million views but i'am not shure if someone go to the website of the producer.
We have a lot option in making viral marketing.. A successful viral marketing campaign can be created in many different ways such as., Video Clips - wherein you can post or upload your videos introducing your market and how it works. Email - you can send different peoples an article or email that content with a real/true facts about your marketing. And the new, which is being popular is the Flash games Flash games get passed around through email and if you can include a small unobtrusive message in the game about your site, you can literally get thousands of visitors. You can also submit flash games to big game sites or social sites like Facebook where they can be accessed by millions of people.
I agree. That's the main rule, but it's mostly luck. There are many examples of viral worthy material that has been complete failure. You never know, it's all about trial and error when it comes to viral marketing.
Thats a perfect recipe for success But I think it's hard to make something really good, otherwise everyone will be doing it
I am not too sure about that. Have you tried it yourself, slymarketing? Is your comment based on personal experience?
Helps if you're giving a great product away for free via a squeeze page, so you're building your list. Make sure you've monetized it with your own and affiliate links that give them even more info. You call them "Resources". If it's a really great product and you give them MRR and giveaway rights... that sure will help too.
It depends on your definition of viral. If you would say "viral content" then I think the whole sexy funny, blah blah blah applies. But when it comes to marketing content you want people to actually look into. Then you are getting into a different subject. Things like free ebooks with links to your opt-in page for more/better/extra content whatever can be considered "viral." The idea being that you give it away to a bunch of people who then give it to their people etc etc, because its a free give away with great content. The link inside would then bring some of those people back to your site. So you do a little bit of "infecting" then it spreads on its own... hopefully. Same goes with videos/audios/etc. As stated above if you go for viral CONTENT, then you will most likely not get ANY visitors because people are just looking to be amused and not actually interested in your information. So it depends on the type of "viral" that you are looking for.
Good post.my viral content is about money making on the internet. Do you think it is not interesting and too boring content for peoples ?
lol....you guys, mistake viral marketing for online dating. Definition: " viral marketing is the combination of online marketing techniques focused on creating backlinks, developing a certain image, branding a product or a person via creating a relationship kind of concept with the targeted niche audience" The best viral marketing ?...that would be the one getting me $20k/ month from one site - that is a web hosting affiliate marketing site. It's all in who ever dares to go deep enogh doing white hat online marketing. As far as I am concerned I have the most original mind in the business bulding up my campaigns. The work they do for me is responsible for the sh...load of cash I am making...
When something is good and unique it goes viral by itself, because everybody like to share good things around.
