Is there a DMOZ governing body that individuals can contact with complains about category editors and general DMOZ related issues?

Hmmm... maybe I should find where that link is listed and report it to here...

    cuz that page says...

Please be patient as we update this site.

In fact, most of the pages on that site are 'being updated'

Which is a pretty big flag for not listing a site if I am not mistaken ;) :p

Maybe someone should remove it from Society/Law/Legal_Information/Computer_and_Technology_Law/Internet

Please apply to join the editing team and spend your spare time doing a fantastic hobby, but be warned there is no monetary reward we are all just following our hobby. So if you think you got what it takes, can pass the entrance exam then stop calling editors names and do something to get more sites listed.

Hehe... as one of the editors that does not check submissions I find your message to Vigor rather comical.

Some of editors at dmoz turned their roles as bureaucratic.
A democratic toll to their kingdom ...
There needs to be some control and "fire" lazy editors.

"lazy" mods are automatically let go. They define laziness as not bothering to login/edit for three months.

    :D

You always find the hole. :D

But those "lazy"s also approved by the Experienced Seniors. Isn't it?

    So who's fault in real?

Those "lazy" lied the Seniors with ease to get approved and the Seniors were not able to get their lies. :)
