Google page rank is something that many only dream of getting higher than PR4 but many fail as they are that concerned with it that they are forgetting to keep the site fresh, crisp and inter-linked.

I want to get it onto my news sites but not going to lose focus on the fact that content is key.

 

Most important thing is build high quality backlink building beside good website content and work on SEO all the time

If you are looking for others to help you, you need to be a little less blunt...

Getting backlinks is the same for any site, you have to either have content in which they want to share with their users or have an agreement to swap links within the same niche area.

There is no step by step guide to this and there is no quick way to do it if you are going to look for good links into your site.

Work on your content and contact other webmasters within your niche to see if they would link to your site in any way, but think from their point of view... If you site is poor, it will hurt them more than profit them.

 

The main factor in PR is the quality and quantity of inbound links.

 

my page rank is lower than many of my competitors and I rank above them. I used to have a higher page rank and when I inserted relevant internal links to my site it spread the page rank over my site and away from my home page, but boosted my ranking. I don't think page rank is everything.

 

For getting a top PR is not so easy. You will have to do good number of quality
