Mail signature importance

I use gmail as my mailing agent, and send normally 50 mails per day. I want to know if I add signature in it targeting my website, will it also be helpful in seo point of view. I hope my friends have understood my question

 

I dont believe it will be helpful from an SEO point of view , but might help drive traffic to your site and increase your brand awareness

 

When hotmail first started they used a tagline offering free email account, and that tagline was present in every mail that any of their user sent to others, and that made hotmail viral and of course popular, so use your site or some other thing that you think would benefit from this free publicity.

 

Every mail which you send out is a representation of your company.

 

It wont help at all in terms of SEO and will make you very little traffic generally depends obviously how busy your site is to what you class as alot of traffic though.

But think about it from your customers point of veiw if you have the details on your mail sig it just makes life easier for them if they do want to go straight to your website and thats whats important about links in mail sigs.

Adding signature in our mail symbol of designation and when we send mail to anyone , then he/she forward our mail to other people than some time we can get business also from our signature .

 

by using your sign, knows yourself between message transmission persons in the public media or amidst your friend.................

 

This is the most exact reply i do believe. The only benefit that you will going to have is viral promotion and it is indeed an important part of SEO.

You are just promoting your website. However in terms of seo it has no such importance. It is better that nothing however.

 

It may or may not be. But i am sure you will get some clicks from here also. So adding signature in mail is good.

 

The search engine bots will not see links in your email signature. So those email links will not increase your number of indexed links.

However, a link to your website in your email signature is still a good idea. Surely it will bring some traffic to you.

 

If the people have a taste in your website niche then it can go viral. Otherwise not... If you send mails to people in the marketing industry and you include a link to the site about computer networking, its not going to generate much interest....

 

there is no seo benefit but it won't do any harm either,people who you email may forward your emails and you can get clickthroughs you would not get otherwise

 

It won't help your SEO, but a catchy tagline and link will help market your company

Email links are no good anymore even to drive traffic. People don't dare to click on a link due to the fear of a fake link or getting a virus etc.

 

Search engines don't index emails. In fact, they have no access to personal email inboxes to even view the contents. You might get referrals from your emails but no search engine benefits, unless someone publishes the content of your email.
