    making proxy sites like following will cause any legal issue ?

    facebook-proxy.com
    youtube-proxy.com

    is this a violation of trademark policy ?

    Do you have their permission to use their trademark? If you do then, no its fine. If you don't then yes its an infringement of their IP.

    Given the negative reputation of proxies and therefore the deformation they could claim expect them to go after you much harder than if it was just a general "white" site hosted on it.
