    I would suggest that you give all of them a try for a few days. Its not only the script. You should consider their functions that would help your business. Each has its own pros and cons. It is also important to look for the interface that suites your needs and easy for you. They are all great. I know it will take some time but I'm sure that it will help you and your business in the long run. I'm currently using OS Commerce.

    I have been working in Web development for 11 years, So based on my experience the best Ecommerce platform available now is : Magneto & VirtuMart.
    If you choose virtumart, the development time will be less..but it does not have all the rich feature of Magento.
