hi Dps when i analysis my site at SEO quake with www (www.specialdir.com)in the url it will display me different index pages when analysis without www in the url (specialdir.com) SO i need your help which URL is best form SEO view point( without www or with www) your comment will highly appreciated. thanks
With www or without www it doesn't really matter SEO-wise. Just make sure to pick one of them and stay with it. In some cases it's a better idea to remove the www part - when you make a heavy use of subdomains for example.
Just choose one and stick to that, when you do back linking, and other SEO stuff. Google will prefer your domain that you use more.

When you make a site both urls should redirect to one site for a example go to facebook.com and www.facebook.com and see what happened. both Urls are riderected to www.facebook.com that is the main step. you must use one type. If you use both Google think one of your URL has duplicate contents.
