    there are tons of free article directories online.. try to use google by searching "list of article directories" and etc etc.. just play with the query..

    there are heaps of article submission sites mate. you'll need to search for some without "no-follow" tags and with a good PageRank. http://www.isnare.com is a good example

    you can submit articles at infobarrel, ideamarketers and triond.com. These are high traffic sites and having good cache rate by Google.

    You can try submitting in in article submission site or ezine , article dashboard, isnare, buzzle , article city , searchguild coz they have PR6 and articles factory which has PR7
