    PR4, Lots of games, good script. OK Alexa. Lousy Domain Name.

    $200 because of PR4, easy to sale links on main page.

    Yeah there is no complete site appraisal, but perhaps I think the domain appraisal would be more appropriate.

    $100 just for the backlinks, number of pages indexed and PR4, the site can be monetized by selling text links. Any revenue & or traffic will significantly increase the price.

    That's about right -- $100 + (6 to 12 times monthly income) -- it's any monthly income that drives the value as far as I'm concerned...
