    go to www.wordpress.org. They give step by step instructions on how to set up a blog or you can try blogger.com.

    Dont pay, its very easy to set up, all plug and play :)

    Wordpress has everything you need. Go register a domain, get it hosted and download wordpress, it comes with a default template, you also have the option to download hundreds of others ones from their site for free.

    First things first, register your domain (see my signature for ideas if you like :D).

    Then, download and install WP. 5 steps to doing that.

    Then, install a new Theme.

    ok... I guess, looking at your first post, if you want something that LOOKS like justjared, then you'll need a theme that looks like that, and that might be harder to get...
