You insert your keyword into your domain I think its little bit long a identical domain name should have 10 characters. But need not to worry nothing will happen if you have long domain.

    Discover the discovery
The first keyword discover has 135000 Global monthly searches and 110,000 local monthly searches (US) very good keyword and has very little competition too.
Now the second keyword the discovery has 590 Global monthly searches and 170 local monthly searches (US) and also has very low competition.
Everyone says that short domains are better I also agree but in now days is very difficult to have such short domains as they are selling out very fast in my personal opinion according to the given data this is a very good URL and if you use same keyword as said above in your content nobody will stop you in Indexing on the 1st page of Big G in very short time go fast and purchase it.

I would say the biggest problem is it's confusing... discover the discovery, discovery the discover, etc... people may have a hard time remembering it correctly.

i think the real question is how you are intending to promote the domain. if it is mostly going to be promoted online, then people will simply click a link to it and therefore the length of the domain isn't as important, and netierh are the concerns about mis-spelling. If you are planning on doing offline advertising where people need to remember the domain and then spell it correctly, it is probably a little too long.

I have seen really long domain names, some even registered to see if it's possible have one over 60 characters, but in this case, it's not the long but the long but the repetitive word what makes me think twice about how successful it could be.

I say go for it! If people think it's too long and can't type it in, then they lack brainpower and you don't want such people on your website anyway. ;)

This sums up my feelings complete.

Maddox has also ran a very successful blog at thebestpageintheuniverse.com and that's been around for many years...even before people were smart enough to remember more than 8 letters.

DiscoverTheDiscovery is catchy which adds to ease of remembering.
