Still looking for someone who can embed an opt in form in my wordpress blog.

Opt in form required in the right hand side of the blog. Similar to this

 

If i'm right.. i sent you emails from your v7n topic with my portfolio link and wordpress theme design.. you replied and said that i haven't designed that theme and i sent you proof with my sales topic link and theme images but after that i haven't heard from you again.

this is a really easy work for me to integrate a opt-in form in any wordpress template. as i have done this lots of times for my different customers. and this is my normal job to do with mini sites.. you can check my site. (www.minisign.net) its related to minisite designing.. also i sent you links to hosting coupon blogs.. which was setup with gazzate theme (your first post image) and i done that with opt-in box integrated.
