if you have 15$ you will be paid, just be patient until 22:00-24:00 GMT thats when they usualy make the payouts.

Payments are made every friday night if you have more than 15$.
In order to receive the paiment just click on Settings link button ( up-right ) and there you will find a field where you must type your PayPal number (just type your paypam email adress there) if you have done this just wait....filesonic will send your payment, you don't have to make any request.

You obviously haven't been paying attention Filesonic and not just mine but many others experiences DO NOT REPLY/ANSWER TO EMAILS OR CONTACT FORMS which is why this topic is nearly 400 pages

Yeha I don't think they reply to any emails at all - I guess that's the main reason for so many refunds, after all if someone buys premium and has a problem and can't get any reply what else can they do ?
It's a shame, but to be honest it's probably not important in the long run since most of the boards I visit are full of calls to ban fsn along with some of the other 'cash' hosts (or have already banned it/them) - even a (pron) board which fsn actually sponsor is under severe pressure to ban.
On a wider note there seems to be quite a backlash going on at the moment on the boards with regard to file hosts who operate affiliate (cash) systems - it's being seen as totally ruining the 'scene'. I did quite a bit of reading up over the last few days and I was surprised just how much bad feeling there is.
The general attitude seems to be that a board should allow up to 3 file hosts, and everything else will be banned regardless of how good/bad the service is - if I'm honest I do see their point, I mean how many premium accounts can you really expect people to buy ?
I get the distinct feeling that change is in the air - I can see a time when a lot of posters will have to start their own blogs etc if they want to use their file host of choice - I think the days of boards allowing unrestricted file hosts are numbered.

 

If it begins with S and ends with F I know the board and I upload there using another host because SM was originaly banned there yet FS is amazingly now allowed even though there is a distinct negative air about FS among its members.
Even more amazing is s--f deny they get any kick-backs, all it takes is a little html file in root and a load of idiots to believe them.

And although guilty I totally agree about the scene, files are being posted that don't even contain the correct files
