    I started this blog 40 days ago, the content is unique with each article not less then 500 words. Getting visitors from various sites, currently there are 8 posts and 2 comments given by visitors. The blog is fully set up and the content is written myself. Now i am much concentrating on Android devices so can't write in this blog. Because of this reason i am selling this blog. The content only cost you 15$ to 20$ easily. I think mine is a reasonable price.
    The blog is listed in Dmoz also, you can go through Google Analytic's data.

    For 45$ you get 2150 rs/ 45$ Google Adwords credit with this blog and extra 2 tutorials.

    You will get google adwords credit of 48$ with this blog. I think its reasonable price because upto now 90 unique views to my website and 100 page views and its growing.
