    I want to sell 2 websites.

    One is making $150 per month from adsense and other is making $200 per month.

    Multiple revenue streams from Affiliate Programs, Google Adsense, Blogroll and link sales

    Are these similar types of site to the one you sold to Camay123 for which he gives you negative feedback and says the site makes no revenue?

    Well, you said that the websites you "sold" me are these two, but those do not have multiple revenue streams, they have only Adsense. And as I can see you don't even own them. Pleas log in on PayPal and answer to that dispute.
