    yes fgogo, i think you are wright Google have update his guidelines. first 3 month no need to make any back links because it may be spam site. After 3 month starts all link building and other activity's.........

    I would say 85% of your efforts should be off-site SEO like forum comments, blog posts, and submitting your articles to directories. Remember to use proper anchor text as well.

    Search engine rankings change all the time especially when a pr update is due so would not worry to much these thing usually settle down within a week or so and you will probably find your site goes up again
