Black SEO is the SEO methods that are not permitted according to Google webmaster rules. Spamming is one of black SEO method.

 

301 redirects (2) and Link with Bad Neighborhood (9) are not BH SEO techniques.
301 redirect becomes black hat, when you redirect only the robots or visitors form a page (from doorway pages mostly).
Linking with bad neighborhood is simply idiotic...

I think invisible link = link with the same color as the background (hidden link)
And bad neighborhood are bad sites linking to you or you linking to bad sites (sites with malware etc)

 

All activities which exceed the limitation fixed by google, come under black hat seo. If you want to know in detail, then the forum is not suitable place. Search freely and read.

Any method that can get you penalty or ban from search engines like Google, Bing or Yahoo is black hat method.

As long as you are safe using any particular method and able to improve ranking, then you are using white.
