Buying PSD to valid XHTML/CSS

    Hello.

    I need a PSD coded into valid XHTML & CSS as per my specifications as immediately as possible. My budget is about $25ish and the PSD is relatively easy. :D

    Speed & quality of your service will determine your pay. I will need some things done via CSS that the PSD doesn't have put in the design, such as a navigational menu with a hover color effect with drop-down menu, and some div areas for texts.

    The PSD is pretty simple & consists of a background, center-aligned design, header, navigational menu, content area, and footer. I will not disclose PSD for the security of my design.

    Seems like a scammer with a hacked account

    edit: I'm like 100% sure it's this guy that went by Daniel Hennington who scammed me recently, and who knows who else..
