Traffic on the website goes down up to 35% for all my Website. I have 6 website of my client and i found that in this month (October) all site gets less visitor up to 35% against last month. i am wondering how does this happend. is there any festival season in USA or anything else?

I know why. I looked at your client sites and they are fine. But I noticed they are mostly in the legal field. Right now the USA is going through their mid term elections. This is very distracting for USA citizens, especially those in legal fields. Traffic should come back after the elections. I hope that helps.
Have you check Google Analytics score? There might be some drop in SERP ranking for some highly referred keywords.
You need check the traffic drop is from Direct/Referral/Search engine. Once you know the source, we can dig deeper on referral and search engine (Can't do much on direct). For instance, take referral traffic. Find out sites that referring traffic you most and check the current traffic. If it drops, then you need to find ways to increase. Sometimes, active in forums like Digitalpoint can help us to draw more traffic or simple comment in high traffic blog will draw more traffic. It depends on which site that refer traffic to use and find out ways to improve it. If search engine, You need to check keywords that referring most traffic, doesn't matter if it is internal page. If your site is not in top 3, then build some backlinks and some onsite SEO to boost your current ranking to top 3 which will increase traffic too. Applying similar method on other keywords will help you draw more search engine traffic.
