Yeh I agree too. you can use microniche finder for that. It shows low competitive niche keywords with high search result with green icon.

depends how much time you have. The more competitive a term, the harder it will be to rank. Try market samurai to find the keywords.

Yes low competitive keywords and you can easily achieve your target.and one more thing also check whats the monthly and globaly searches for that keyword. If searches are very few then the keyword you target is not best for your site.

If you go for for a keyword which has less than 100 global search and if you get ranking with them what's the worth of it? Nobody searches the keyword hence despite being on top of the result you hardly get visitors. Better go for keywords which has medium search value say from 1500 to 2000. Pick them out try to get ranking with them. That helps you go ahead. you can take help from Google keyword tool: https://adwords.google.com/o/Target...000&ideaRequestType=KEYWORD_IDEAS#search.none

You can always try and go for high competitive keywords only if you're prepared for it. You should always consider what's best for your website, if it is something slightly specific then I suggest that you go for long tail keywords instead of generic ones. As for starters, best way to go is low competitive keywords.

choosing low competitive keywords with high traffic is a good approach.. although its hard to find such keywords but online tools and some research can help you in achieving the goal.... once you prepared your keywords list assume you have achieved half of the success

I think if you just want your site get high page rank in search engine, then low competitive keyword is the best!

Choose high competitive keyword to optimize if you really want people to know about your site and your products and services!

I choose several low competition keywords and 2-3 high competition keywords for my sites. There is a short-term goal and a long-term one.

I always choose to target a lot of low competition keywords first, rank high on those and start targeting more difficult keyword. This way, you start bring traffic while you are targeting more difficult keyword.

The best keyword is one with high search demand, but has low supply. In other words not many people are talking about it. However, that is a relative qualification. So the closest one can get to high search demand, with no competition, the faster they will rank. Writing lots of pages that way is destined to get your site rolling. Then go for more competitive terms. With some traffic and rankings under your belt, you have a better chance at climbing the SERPs for the more difficult pages. But those pages bring loads of traffic, so it's worth it.
