    From nothing ? Its diference between null and over 200 backlinks indexed in yahoo.
    For sure google also have them indexed. Not possible to have PR2 without any backlinks.

    well today i checked my 1 page lander and its a PR3 lol guess all the link building pays off.
    Im no fan of PR so it doesnt really bother me.

    Yes I was right about PR updates last October 18 (Philippines). My Best SEO Tools Online blog on the Blogger Platform gained PR2 from PR0.

    At last after a long time, Google updated PRs.

    I don't think you will see a major pr update ever again, sites with pr may retain it, sites without it hard luck...
