    I never even heard of this blog. Do you have more resources that state a big update has taken place? Every month people create threads about PR being updated..etc

    It's like the boy who cried wolf....

    yea seriously this is weird I noticed one do follow blog changed from 2 to 3 but everything else hasnt had a change yet.

    You are right. PR has updated. But again it was a very small update by Google. Not all the websites have been considered under this.

    I think it is more than penalty, what is going on with Google PR is more than a penalty. I think Google is up to something that have not be make public...
