33,100 Global Monthly Searches domain name appraisal.

According to Adwords 'Gain Healthy Weight' is searched 33,100 times a month globally and 22,200 locally.

I own the domain gainhealthyweight.com

Currently this site is undeveloped. I am wondering what the value would be undeveloped, vs. developed. I am contemplating selling it, however, if a few days of work could increase the value significantly, I may hang on to it and develop it. Thanks!

 

You are looking at 'Broad' search' which is not accurate.
Tick 'Exact' search box and the real figure is 1000 searches a month. So its not worth anything unless you develop it and even then 1k searches a month is not really enough.

 

I didn't even know there was an exact box. Thanks for the info. Regardless, I'm sure that with content, people searching for the broad terms will find the site. So the content is key here in order to get the site shown high in google searches. I have the content taken care of, I simply need someone to help me with layout and design.

 

Content is key but so is SEO, building back links, age pf domain and hopefully not highly competitve keywords then might be worth something to somebody.

Well just checked again and its actually 480 exact searches and not 1000. So thats only 16 people a day in the google world interested in those keywords.

 

Today, I've got no problem ranking my sites...whether it's a month old site I got no problem ranking it. The SEO software I use will do it all! I just sit, watch and let the tool works for me.

 

Only has 260 global, and 110 local exact match which is the most accurate... Your best bet is to hang unto it and put up adsense, since its only worth the reg... fee...
