Urgent Facebook Ads Help Needed

Discussion in 'Facebook' started by urswally, Oct 22, 2010.

I have created an extensive campaign in Facebook ads with a large spend - with 650 ads under 1 campaign. I had the campaign paused as I worked away adding more ads and edited the campaign.

When I tried to make the campaign "active" this evening (which is a very straightforward thing to do) nothing happens. I know I am taking the correct steps as I reactivated another smaller campaign with no issues.

My facebook contact is unavailable and I need to resolve this issue ASAP.

Can anyone advise on how to fix this. Does anyone have a phone number for Facebook ads issues?

Facebook advertising doesn't have a worthy customer support(( They have an email based system which is better than Adwords nothing. But still no way you can handle any urgent issues with them(((

Sometimes Resuming campaigns can take upto 24 hours since in many cases they are manually reviewed.

Best bet is to check it out in a while.

I had the same problem once. Here is how you handle the re-activation:

Go to the main dashboard it will have 'lifetime stats' feature.
Go down and select the campaign you want to edit. Notice the check boxes.
You must check the box that applies.
Next look above those and you will see a now live link that says "edit 1 row"
    Click it.
    Edit. Save your edit.
Next look at the same top links and click 'Save' there.
    You are finished.
    :)
If you try to shortcut it the system tosses out your new edit.

Hope that helps....it worked for me.

    Regards,
