    I am getting a lot of spam comment on my blogs, so there any plugin or any solution to block a specific IP / IP's due to Spam comments.

    I use WP-Ban and although it hasn't been updated in a while it still works. I use it for blocking an IP range and it works well.

    You can also use your .htaccess file like so:

    RewriteEngine on
    <Files *>
    order allow,deny
    deny from 209.85.135.104
    allow from all
    </Files>
    Code (markup):
    Obviously you don't want to block the IP I've given since it's Google but it gives you the idea.

    You can use WP Ban instead of editing .htaccess
