Technically speaking spamming with softwares like xrumer, snuke etc is the fastest way to build backlinks. But when it comes to building high quality links doing blog commenting, article submissions, Directory submission etc and mixing them up is the best strategy to adopt and implement. Although it may take a few weeks but the results will be long lasting and permanent in nature.

Article submission, blog commenting, forum post these are good ways for link buildings.

 

I focus on article spinning and article submission. I know this is long term and slow link building but any article I write gets spinned and submitted for publication on dofollow blogs faster than I can do it myself. Although it is responded to fast - a non stop submission process takes over and articles I submitted has been spinned and published hundreds of times. It would have taken me years to do it by hand.

So Yes, I also want to know what PAD file submission is.

 

Either get freelancers to do the work for you or use automated tools with care or both.

I never really rush my backlinks to be honest especially on a new site, I like to take my time and get good quality links over time, if you suddenly go and get 10k links its not going to look very natural.

I use the methods in my free report to start off with, coupled with some directory submits then I include profile links too. (you get get the free report from the link in my footer).

I think its promotion of software. What softwares do you promote? I know there is some toolbar generator, but not sure if thats really profitable..
