It's nice on the screen and at that size, but if you need to shrink it down for printing you can kiss the fine details away.

Wow, I really love it, it's gorgeous and very different. Nice work. I guess my only hesitation is that the text looks a bit drab next to that lovely elephant. I think the text needs more motion (e.g. not on a straight X axis) and/or to be more distinctive. But lovely, you should be proud!

 

Nice logo specially micro design on logo. But it will be hard to see if you decrease the size of logo.
Any way 10/10 Happy Dasara!!

Really nice, the only problem I can see is the letter "S"'s shadow is not equal to the other shadows, I am not sure if it is intentional but it is an eyesore, also the "tm" is too far away from the text.

 

Very good looking logo indeed. I have to agree with one of the previous posters though about the text could use some more work.

I think that the text is a bit too far away from the Elephant for example.

 

It's a nice logo - I really think you should consider simplifying the graphic though as it's won't reproduce very well at small sizes. Also I think you have too much space between the elephant and the text, so the two elements do not look very linked

 

I'd echo what people have said about the fine details - they won't reproduce well in smaller formats. There's something a bit jarring about the text though - I'm not sure that serif font matches the elephant - maybe try it with a slightly different weight font and move it closer to the elephant?
