    the former formula of PR is about backlink to the site, but i think google change the algorithm a bit.
    But, in general, PR is determined by the backlink to it. Get quality backlink will boost your PR

    I agree with what 'GuruCreation' had said but dont expect to get a PR5 overnight, it took me 4 years to get a PR5 for my site!

    Just improve the structure of your site and collect the good link and then wait for your desired PR , time frame is unpredictable..it depends on the Google

    Find authority sites in your niche where you can leave your backlinks. In the mean time get as much traffic to your site. By that I mean
    unique visitors. This will help you establish your site as an authority site in Google eyes. Then your Pagerank will go up out of itself. Not
    only that but you will be on Google First Page.
