Payment sent but not recieved.

Hello everyone. I did a job for some people online. Once done, they sent me the payment within no time. They also sent me the transaction id of the payment. But, my paypal doesn't show any money recieved, neither did I recieve any email from paypal saying I have got money. It's been 2 days now and I still can't see my payment. The dealers I was dealing with had a very good reputation and have sent me money several times before, so it is for sure that they did not cheat me!
Please share your knowledge if any one knows how this problem can be solved, or if someone has been through this problem before me.
All help will be highly appreciated, thanks alot in advance.

 

Most likely they didn't sent you anything - haven't heard of payments disappearing just like that ..

 

may b they have sent money using personal payment. As personal payments r blocked , they r not showing up.

 

Maybe he paid to wrong Paypal address.you should ask him to check it again

Yeah that is what I though it would be, but he sent me the whole transaction detail. It had the transaction id, my paypal id, my name etc everything that should be there. It wasn't a scam for sure. This happened to me for the first time!

to assure you can verify the transaction over the paypal customer service. well this might help you or else an error occur on your email add ( what i mean is maybe there is some error on letters ). just foolow up on paypal. they can help you since you have the transaction number already.

 

ask that buyer to see his transaction details whether it shows completed or some other message in his transaction summary

 

simple solution to this is call paypal and verify funds by telling them transction id

No,paypal will inform you via email too

 

Best is to contact their support center they would be able to tell whether its fake or not. My guess is they haven't sent it yet.

 

it depends if personal payment not supported then its not even possiuble to send the money to them

 

Why you dont ask paypal E-mailing them directly . personal payments has been stoped from paypal and there is no option to sent personal payment .If sender is trust worthy and you believe he had send it then he had send it to wrong E-mail , Other way please contact paypal for best help .

 

I think you can ask your buyer to sent you a small amount again.
if you stil can't get the money ,then you should contact the paypal asap

I didn't get to the bottom of it, none of the ways are working. I think the only explanation left is that the buyer didn't send me money at all...
