I am interested. What do you mean by "ready to push"?

Do you actually own the domain? I see that it has expired pending deletion?!

Ready to push , this is when you purchased domain from auction, you have bought that domain but you have to wait for one weeks to get your domain in your account.
Ready to push on 18 october it means that domain will be on seller account on 18 october, if you buy now, you have to wait till 18 october to get the domain push to your account.
Expired pending deletion that normal thing , when you buy from auction like godaddy , but don't worry the domain will be re new for one year by the system.

Seller cak_loutfie did not deliver the domain I purchased on time. Claims that his Godaddy account was hacked and asked me to be patient while he sorts it out with Godaddy. When I asked for a full refund (because I did not receive the domain I purchased ON TIME), he gave me a negative itrader review.

Beware of this seller. When Seller has issues, the buyer should not be penalized. I should not have to wait until his problem is resolved. What if it's never resolved?! Then I would have wasted time waiting. It could take days, weeks, or even months for Godaddy to investigate (assuming his account was really hacked). I already asked for a refund, which he refused to give. I had to escalate a claim in Paypal.

An advise for future buyers. When paying by Paypal, don't use the "Personal" tab to make purchases. Use the "Purchase" tab to send money. That way, you can hold seller responsible for not delivering as promised. I hope my personal experience will help others. Seller puts the blame on me for not being "patient". Since when do buyers get the blame for seller not delivering as promised??!!

A piece of advice for Sellers about customer service: Deliver what you promise. If you can't deliver on time, apologize and refund if requested. You can always sell your domain to another buyer when your issues are resolved on your own time and dime. Do not expect the buyer to wait for you. Time is money, especially in the online world. If you blame the buyer for something that's your responsibility, then you're not going to be in business very long because you'll have a lot of unhappy customers asking for refunds.

    Just my 2 cents.
