Woke up this morning thinking that it was going to be just another good day. Right in the middle of posting ads and updating some things online, my internet connection went out. I mean it went dead. I got so mad I wanted to curse my life and break my laptop. I think I did the former. How do you guys cope with stress and uncertainties when it comes to your circumstances? Do you get angry and say what you really feel and think or do you usually stay patient? I don't think I even know anymore what it means to be patient.
Take time out and go out for a walk usually when i get back my state of minds has changed for the better.
Simple go next to a reinforced concrete wall and punch your anger out . Don't do it on a brick wall because you have a high chance of breaking it (and it's pain to rebuild) . Trust me it works every time . It's better then punching something that's useful .
Really? Wow... Don't you remember what you did before the internet? Its an internet connection. How are you going to deal with a death in the family, losing a limb, or some other illness. No offense man, but you sound like a pretty selfish and ungrateful person. Anger that the internet went down. Wow.

Man, I know what you mean. I have to go through the same stuff. I don't have internet at my house, but luckily my laptop can pick up a signal from someone elses network connection in the area. Today, I lost connection about five times already, it does suck, but we must do what we can, and yes patience is important. I think I gained alot of patience just by dealing with it all the time. Well, thats all I wanted to say, later.
Well when my internet goes down my favorite hobby is to call the ISP service center and tell them how useless and no good sons of bitch they are. I do get mad when I am working online and my mom orders me to buy groceries and other stuff right away.
i am more of the idea to take a walk when you are stressed. i jog every afternoon and it helps clear my mind, and its very relaxing by the way. if you dont like to jog, as i said just take a walk. hope it helps!!
If it was truly similar to the fatty on WOWC, I would really seriously consider seeing someone... e.g. professional help. That's not good.
I normally go outside and smoke cigarettes when I feel a bit stressed and pissed off although I wouldn't really be that much pissed when m internet connection goes down.
