    Reason for selling: Godaddy Renewal is due and I realized I still havent done anything with the domain/site
    Site gets roughly 300 a month...

    If I purchase the site, can I remove the links at the bottom of the script and the graphic on the top left that says "available scripts.com" or are these paid ads?

    What script does this use to run the site?

    Any revenue from Adsense?

    Still would like to know if the script used is custom or whatever so I know what I'm getting myself into before making a bid.

    If the script is custom would the buyer have complete resale rights?
