Contest Header/Navigation Redesign Contest For A Runners Site - $20 to Best

This one should be fun. I recently had a logo done (past contest). Here's the deal - the site is for Runners, and here is the forum. The design shall be based off the color scheme and fixed width of the forum. I want to redo the entire header and navigation area - it looks too plain, especially on the right hand side. This does not have to be coded, though I will pay extra for that.

So:

1. Redesign the header and two navigation bars, so that it still blends in well with the forum and will also look good on a Wordress them. Incorporate the existing logo into the design.
2. Search bar and/or quick login is optional - you have creative control.
3. This will also serve as the header/navigation for the Wordpress theme to be used on the main part of the site (which is why I need a top and bottom navigation bar).

$20 payment via Paypal to the best design. If you can code it, I'll double that to $40.

I want to clarify that you do NOT have to keep the boxy square red block header look. You can do whatever you want, so long as I have two navigation bars and the logo is used.
