root access to -bash-3.2$ not to the home directory how to fix

    i used to access to the home directory when i use ssh connection but now i login to something written like that -bash-3.2$
    i'm a newbie to system administration and i don't know how to fix this??
    all my sites has become that way
    i want to login to homw directory insted of -bash-3.2$..........

    ehhh. so you did you login via SSH? probably you login as root? that's why you get the root access.
    you can 'cd' to your home directory, type "cd /home/siteA/"

    what i mean is like that
    i have several domains
    kootta.com
    speedlyrics.com
    web-design-wiki.com

    i use ssh connection with all of them
    when i used to login to one of them i used to login
    to something like that (actually i don't remember);
    [root]@ domain_name.com
    so when i want to change the directory i do the following
    cd public_html/rapidme/files
    it takes me to that distnation
    but now such commends don't work any more with any of my domains...
