“I’m Selling My Poker Baby…Add another $600 per Month to Your Monthly Income Streams!”

After a nearly year in the poker biz and as a poker affiliate, I've decided to sell my website: TexasHoldem-Academy.com

I've started the project in November of 2005. Since then, the website has built up a respectable reputation and a small loyal subscriber-base of avid readers. And 35% of my main income comes from TexasHoldem-Academy.com alone.

All the content within the site was fully developed and written by me personally and has been fully keyword optimized and SEO-friendly with the use of Site Build It (SBI - http://www.sitesell.com/projectsolutions.html). I’ve spent literally HOURS writing search-engine friendly content (Read SBI to see how I’ve done it).

Every page and section of the website has been tweaked to receive the highest conversions as possible. From where the ad links are placed to directing traffic to online poker reviews and other poker-related affiliate links.

The top five popular traffic sections are:
    - Calculating Odds
    - Bad Beats
    - Hand Nicknames
    - Poker Site Reviews
    - Texas Holdem 101

I have a loyal registered subscriber-base of 180 avid poker readers and send out a monthly poker e-zine – which converts an average of 1.07% of the time.

Here’s the best part…My website earns an average of $600 per month – 75% of which comes from poker-related products and 25% coming from poker sign-ups. Now you may wondering why the heck I would get rid of this income stream – I no longer have time to manage this poker site and have other projects and websites to manage and worry about.

You’ll receive over $2000 worth of professionally made graphics, paid by yours truly. This includes the header, e-covers, banners, ads, screenshots, etc…

You also will have SBI (Site Build it!) to assist and help manage the website. SBI consists of:
    • Domain name registration
    • Web site hosting
    • Site topic brainstorming and researching
    • Powerful graphic tools
    • Point-and-click site building
    • Easy web logging
    • Search engine optimization
    • Automatic search engine submission and resubmission
    • Pay-per-click search engine research and mass bidding
    • Traffic statistics and analysis
    • Ezine subscription and delivery
    • SpamCheck
    • Step-by-step action guides
    • Site Build It! (SBI) Newsletter
    • 4 Traffic HQ's
    • Tips & Techniques
    • Link Exchange Auto-Assistance
    • SBI! e-goods
    • And much more…

I’ll even help you start it up…

Terms and Conditions: Since I am transferring ownership and rights, you many not put my name on the website or any of the products in any way to help you promote your soon-to-be-yours website. Any references of my name and ownership, after your purchase, should be and will be erased.

    Bidding starts at $999

    All the Best,
    Ivan

Now before you jump to conclusions with the traffic...I get the majority of the income through my poker mailings and poker ezine.

How will the recent ban by the US gov't and the pull out of the US market by Party Poker affect your revenue streams?

I can provide you with all the source files I've used in the past.

US customers will be affected, obviously. However, you will still have European and Asian customer that will still be qualified to play online poker and purchase poker-related products featured on the site.

After reading about the soon to be passed law making gambling sites illegal in the US I came here expecting to see gambling sites being dumped off in this forum.

I wasn't dissapointed. Is anyone going to ask the seller why the sudden sale? Because poker products and affiliates will stop paying in about 1 week.
