How to setup a filter to track subdomains?

I see there's an Advanced Segments in the top right side, is that the way to setup a filter...as at the moment all the search content is in one area and all the sub-domains are mixed in together.

    My setup is:
    site.com
    subdomain1.site.com
    subdomain2.site.com

You can try at side navigation: "Visitors" -> "Network Properties" -> "Hostnames"

If you want to see which organic search keywords drive traffic to which subdomain,
you can goto side navigation: "Traffic Sources" -> "Keywords"
Then goto the middle of the content area, it shows a "none" dropdown box right beside the "keyword" dropdown box. Then select "hostnames" right between "service provider" and "connection speed"
