So are the majority of people hating auto bloggers? I like it when someone uses part of my content and links back to my site. I don't have any problem with that. They should make them do follow links though. Probably don't. In fact, why doesn't WP make it easier to give us that option. Anyway, yesterday I noticed an old thread and wow there were some angry people. It does seem like it could get totally out of hand. When it does, Google will have to kill it dead. I wish there was some way to make it workable long term and thus not abusive. I mean someone has to supply content or we'll all be showing the same thing to everyone. I think I'm going to start offering some auto blogs. If I shouldn't, convince me please. What are the best tools for autoblogging now. I've seen wp o matic, they are not updating it? I don't remember the name of the one I'm looking at. Thanks for sharing.
Autoblogging is not necessarily bad. There are just many people that abuse it. You will never get the same benefit using already published content as you will providing original stuff, but some people don't care about that. Autoblogging is bad when you steal whole articles, misrepresent that the content is yours (or change the name of the author or source), and/or don't provide credit or link back to the original article. At this point , everyone and their mother has jumped on the autoblog bandwagon so it's not going away, but it does create a log of garbage blogs on the web. I'm not going to talk you out of it. I think it's a waste of time if you thinking of trying to make some money, especially with adsense...but the more people that waste time with garbage on the web, the less competition I have...so i say go for it.
Thanks hmansfield for the feedback. I don't see it replacing my sites. But I can't get to everything i want todo. What I'd like to do is have a mixture on some of my sites. My content vs autoblog. Is there a plug that is good for that? Anyone have recommendations? I'm more interested in premium. The free things I've seen don't look all t hat usable to me. Anything can be used and anything can be done right. Email marketing is a prime example. I looked back at some older post on ths subject. If everyone has jumped on the bandwagon, there are some people that were very loud that have changed their mind. haha Thanks again!
