    I started this website (www.besttravelnetwork.org) back in November of 2009 with great ambitions. Over the next 6 months I had over 1100 unique travel and vacation keyword articles written by accredited writers, which cost me over $12,000! Then I spent over $700 buying images from istockphoto.com to accommodate the articles. Then life got busy and priorities took over and now nothing has been done to promote the site in any way what so ever. I won’t have any time either in the near future and therefore I’m prepared to take a loss and sell the website for less than it cost to build it. With a little bit of promotion and marketing, this site will be a real gem for the right buyer with some time and resources.

    So, to recap, the real assets here are the 1100 unique articles worth over $12,000, plus $700 worth of images and a Twitter account.

    Revenue Details
    The site has only returned around $32 from Google Adsense in the past 30 days with no effort at all. All I did was post some ads up on the left and right sidebars, I'm sure these can be optimized to promote better click thru rates at the very least.

    Traffic Details
    I don't have any analytics installed at this point as I didn't see the point yet.

    If you could provide a few screen shots of the traffic... to be honest I am gonna have a hard time spending 7k on a site and just really buying the articles.

    I urge you to consider putting up some traffic details so it can help make the sale price justifiable, I know you wrote that you didnt install analytics but you can get server logs from your host to prove some of your traffic details usually the hosts have awstats installed that would be great!
