    For people who are not really interested in these domains the price will be around $10-$25.
    If you will market it correctly you can sell them for up to $1000, but it is hard to find the right person.

    well i thought that 25 bucks would be little bit silly...

    they are keyword rich and quite brandable and does what is said on the tin..

    we have developed a smaller town version with same sort of domain name and its doing more than good... after two months up with little marketing we have many contributors and 200+ unique visitors a day with 1000s of page views every week...

    so probably the real value would be in developing for keeps these domains...
